The new Unlimited Unlocks Pass removes unlock fees on Beryl bikes, e-bikes and e-scooters allowing riders to start as many journeys as they like for a fixed monthly cost.
The pass is available exclusively in the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) area and can be purchased until 31 March 2026.
How the Unlimited Unlocks Pass works
For £6 per month, riders receive:
- £0 unlock fees on all Beryl bikes, e-bike and e-scooter rides
- Unlimited unlocks for 30 consecutive days from purchase
The pass pays for itself after six rides, making it particularly beneficial for people who use Beryl regularly for commuting, short trips or everyday travel.
Supporting everyday journeys
Unlock fees can add up for people who rely on shared bikes, e-bikes and e-scooters several times a week, especially for shorter journeys. By removing this upfront cost, the Unlimited Unlocks Pass aims to reduce friction for frequent riders and make shared micromobility a more accessible option for daily travel.
The Unlimited Unlocks Pass is available to purchase in the Beryl app.
Riders simply need to open the Beryl app, ensure it is updated to the latest version, and purchase the Unlimited Unlocks Pass in-app.
Once active, the pass automatically applies to every ride taken during the 30-day period.
